How do I request a remote notarization?

  1. You must have access to a computer or mobile device with Internet access and Webcam capability. We suggest using either the Chrome or Firefox web browser.
  2. Request an appointment and upload documents & Identifications here.
  3. You will be sent an e-mail with appointment confirmation & link for video conference. All signers must have a unique e-mail address & a unique device.
  4. At the appointment time – Signer(s) will receive an e-mail with the e-signature instructions. Each participant will be required to have their identity verified through a verification process using knowledge-based authentication.
  5. Notary and Signer(s) meet via webcam and proceed with e-notarization.
